How to cancel Grammarly Premium
Sign in at account.grammarly.com and open Subscription. Choose Cancel Subscription and confirm. App store and Play Store purchases are cancelled there instead. Premium runs to the end of the paid period, then the free checker stays.

Then the charge is not coming from Grammarly Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
