How to cancel Figma Professional
Open Figma in a browser and go to the team > Settings > Billing. Choose Cancel plan or downgrade to Starter. Figma bills per editor — switching people to Viewer is free and cuts the bill without cancelling. The plan runs to the end of the paid term.

Then the charge is not coming from Figma Professional. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
