How to cancel Evernote Premium
Sign in at evernote.com and open Settings > Account summary > Subscription. Choose Cancel subscription. App store purchases are cancelled in the app store instead. Export your notes as ENEX or HTML before the term ends — the free tier limits what you can reach.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Evernote Premium. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
