How to cancel ElevenLabs
Sign in at elevenlabs.io and open Subscription in the account menu. Choose Cancel subscription. Unused character credits do not carry over past the end of the term. Download the audio you have generated before the term ends.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from ElevenLabs. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
