How to cancel Crunchyroll
Sign in at crunchyroll.com in a browser and open Settings > Membership Plan. Choose Cancel Membership and confirm through the retention offers. If you subscribed through the iOS, Android or PlayStation store, cancel there. You keep premium access until the paid period ends.

Cancelled and still charged?
Then the charge is not coming from Crunchyroll. Whoever took your money holds the subscription — if you subscribed inside an app, it is the app store, and only the app store can stop it.
